Terms of Use for WiseUp

These Terms of Use govern your use of the WiseUp mobile application. By using WiseUp, you agree to these terms.

WiseUp Premium

WiseUp offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Subscription prices, trial eligibility, renewal periods, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account and the App Store.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month until canceled. Annual subscriptions renew each year until canceled. If a free trial is available and you are eligible, billing begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Content

WiseUp provides original educational summaries, commentary, prompts, and learning screens inspired by nonfiction books. WiseUp is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the authors or publishers of the books referenced in the app.

WiseUp does not replace the full books it references. Book titles and author names are used to identify the works being discussed.

Acceptable Use

You may use WiseUp for personal learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content except as allowed by law.

WiseUp is for educational purposes only. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
